The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is, at its core, designed to get America working again. Minneapolis is dedicated to creating and preserving jobs. In fact, the number one priority for the Minneapolis Economic Recovery Strategy is that any grant or program funded by the Recovery Act should aim to create or preserve jobs. The City is working hard to ensure that it uses Recovery funding to turn our economy around by getting people back to work.
