Demonstration for media: New online system for City Council information

Starting Monday, LIMS will help you look up council video and agenda items


What:              Reporters who cover the City Council meetings and decisions will get a demonstration of LIMS: the City’s new system for finding council agenda, actions and legislation.

When:             2:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11

Where:            Room 319 City Hall, 350 S. Fifth St.

MORE:             The City has a new system for looking up City Council records and videos. The legislative management system (LIMS) goes live on the City website Monday. LIMS will let anyone track the process of any proposal from its introduction in council committees all the way through the final City Council action. Reporters who cover council proceedings can get a demonstration of how this system works.

                        This is a demonstration for the media. All reporters and editors are welcome to attend.
