Minneapolis City offices closed Monday, July 5
Minneapolis City government offices will be closed Monday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day, which falls on Sunday.
There will be no City of Minneapolis garbage and recycling pick-up on July 5. Households’ garbage and recycling pick-ups scheduled for July 5 through July 9 will occur one day later (Tuesday through Saturday) than their normal schedule. In addition, Minneapolis 311 services and the Public Works Transfer Station will be closed.
