Public hearing on newsrack standards set for Sept. 23
The Public Safety and Regulatory Services Committee of the Minneapolis City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Sept. 23 to consider amendments to certain sections of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances that would create voluntary newsrack standards to ensure newsracks on Minneapolis sidewalks are well maintained and placed appropriately.
