Minneapolis named one of the "best U.S. cities to earn a living"
Minneapolis-Saint Paul has been named one of the "best U.S. cities to earn a living," according to Forbes magazine. In its list published on Forbes.com, Minneapolis-Saint Paul ranked third among the 40 largest metropolitan areas in the U.S.
Forbes’ rankings are based on four key areas: median income, cost of living, job growth and the quality of the business environment. According to Forbes, Minneapolis-Saint Paul achieved this ranking because 10 of Forbes’ top-ranked companies are located in the area.
Dallas topped Forbes’ list.
