Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, April 20, The City of Minneapolis will close a portion of the Lake of the Isles Parkway, from Kenwood Parkway to 28th Street West to all traffic for six weeks for road surface work. Detours have been posted. To accommodate traffic, the Burnham Boulevard Bridge will be converted into a two-way roadway during the Lake of Isles Parkway closure.

This is the first of four phases of construction that the City of Minneapolis plans along the Lake of Isles Parkway this year. Watch for more information later this spring.
