Kick off American Indian Month at City-sponsored parade 

May marks American Indian Month in Minnesota, and the City of Minneapolis is co-sponsoring a parade May 1 to kick off the month of celebrating the American Indian community. The public is invited and encouraged to attend the kick-off day events.
