Nominate a local public health hero

The Minneapolis Health Department wants you to nominate community members or local organizations whose public health activities transform and strengthen the lives of Minneapolis residents and visitors.

In celebration of National Public Health Week, the department wants to recognize the accomplishments of community partners for their outstanding achievements in public health.

Nominations are due Friday, March 7.

The City Public Health Advisory Committee and department staff will evaluate the nominations and select award winners by March 21. Award winners will be invited to attend an award ceremony at 11:30 a.m., April 10, in the City Hall Rotunda.
