Watch for your 2014 Medica card in the mail

The correct Medica ID cards have been mailed and should arrive at your home address this week. If you do not receive your medical cards by Friday, Jan. 24, please contact the Benefits staff. The first set of cards you received did not contain changes that were made during open enrollment. Please check your card to make sure it reflects your 2014 open enrollment elections.

Please destroy any incorrect or duplicate cards. You can now present your correct card at your doctor’s office, pharmacy and gym (if you participate in Fit Choices).

Please contact Benefits with any questions at 612-673-3333 or [email protected].
