Only a few days left to boost your department’s participation in Charitable Giving Campaign

With only days left in this year’s Charitable Giving Campaign, two departments lead the City in participation. Both the City Coordinator’s office and the Communications Department have participation rates exceeding 70 percent. The offices with the next highest participation rates include Public Works - Administration, Civil Rights and 311.

If you’d like to boost your department’s participation and give to a charity of your choosing, be sure to act now. The campaign wraps up Nov. 15. View department-by-department participation

The campaign is the City’s effort to make it convenient for employees to make this a better community by helping the homeless, improving the environment, bolstering the arts, feeding the hungry, helping immigrants learn English, finding a cure for a life-threatening illness, helping victims of violence, caring for the elderly, among other causes.
