Yoga, Pilates and workout classes offered at Downtown locations

If you’d like to reduce stress and increase your flexibility and strength, consider participating in one of these Downtown fitness classes.  


Yoga is a series of moves designed to help shed stress and increase flexibility. Four week session begins Sept. 24.

Tuesdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 810 - Grain Exchange
Wednesdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 605 - IDS Center
Tuesdays: 5 – 6 p.m., suite 605 – IDS Center
Thursdays: 5 – 6 p.m., suite 510 – Parkside Professional Building


Zumba is a cardio and calorie-burning workout done to Latin dance moves. Classes begin Sept. 23; register by Sept. 19.

Mondays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 810 - Grain Exchange


Pilates strengthens your core, improves your posture, tones your muscles. Classes begin Oct. 4.

Fridays: 12:05 - 12:50 p.m., employee development classroom - Government Center

Totally Fit/Totally Fun

Total Fitness is a cardio and strength training workout that uses weights, resistance bands and stability balls. Classes have begun, but fees will be prorated based on the date you begin.

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 605 - IDS Center


Lunchtime yoga classes are six classes for $60. After-work yoga classes are six classes for $72. Pilates classes are six classes for $60. Zumba classes are six classes for $48. Totally Fit/Totally Fun classes are six classes for $42. Drop-in rates are available. Any missed classes can be made up in other Fit to Live classes. Fees will be prorated if you join after a six-week session has begun.
