Noontime yoga, Pilates and workout classes offered at Downtown locations
If you’d like to reduce stress and increase your flexibility and strength, consider participating in one of the Downtown noontime fitness classes that begin later this month.
Yoga
Yoga is a series of moves designed to help shed stress and increase flexibility. These sessions begin the week of Feb. 18
Tuesdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 806 - Grain Exchange
Wednesdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 1125 - IDS Center
Zumba
Zumba is a cardio and calorie-burning workout done to Latin dance moves. Zumba sessions at the Grain Exchange begin the week of Feb. 25. The Government Center session begins Feb. 15.
Mondays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 806 - Grain Exchange
Fridays: 12 -12:45 p.m., employee development classroom – Government Center
Pilates
Pilates strengthens your core, improves your posture, tones your muscles. The Pilates session begins Feb. 27.
Wednesdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., Level A – room 0723 - Government Center
Total Fitness
Total Fitness is a cardio and strength training workout that uses weights, resistance bands and stability balls. This session begins the week of Feb. 18.
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12:10 - 12:55 p.m., suite 1125 - IDS Center
Cost
Zumba and Total Fitness classes are six classes for $42. Yoga and Pilates classes are six classes for $60. The four-week Zumba class at the Government Center is $36. Any missed classes can be made up in other Fit to Live classes. Fees will be prorated if you join after a six-week session has begun.
