Ethics refresher class required every three years; only three more sessions available this year
All City employees are required to participate in an Ethics and Respect in the Workplace refresher class once every three years. If you are due or overdue for this class, you have only three more opportunities to enroll this year. The ethics code portion of the workshop outlines conflicts of interest and issues related to outside employment, gifts, use of City property, and the use of City position. The Respect in the Workplace Policy portion of the training uses a combination of classroom instruction and case study discussions to outline the procedures to prevent and report cases of discrimination or harassment.
If you’d like to sign up for a class or check when you’re due for a refresher, visit HRIS and click on HRIS Learning Management. The three-hour workshop allows employees to fulfill all their required policy training in one workshop.
