Five offices to relocate as City Hall renovations continue
The Department of Finance and Property Services announces the following office moves as Phase 16 of the City Hall renovation is completed:
- Public Works Administration offices will move into the newly renovated Room 203 in City Hall. The move will also include the following Public Works staff: Water Administration, Human Resources and Traffic Finance. This move is expected to be completed by the end of June. The new address will be effective June 27.
- Property Services will move into the newly renovated Room 223 in City Hall. This move is scheduled to be completed by late July.
Beginning Phase 17 of the City Hall renovation:
- The Police Business Technologies Unit offices will move to a temporary location in Room 125 in City Hall by mid-July.
- The Unisys group will move to its new location in the lower level of the Public Service Center by mid-July.
- The Municipal Building Commission will move to a temporary location in Room 201 of City Hall by mid-July.
All email addresses, fax and phone numbers for all offices moving during the Phase 16 and 17 City Hall renovation will remain the same.
These moves are just the most recent round of moves required to accommodate a multi-staged plan to install new fire alarm, smoke detection and sprinkler systems as well as upgrade City Hall’s heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems.
