Popular nutrition workshop series offered at Currie Conference Center

Thanks to the popularity of the nutrition workshops first offered at the City of Lakes building, the same series is being offered at the Currie Conference Center. All five free workshops on healthy eating will be taught by nutrition educators from Nutritional Weight and Wellness, a Twin Cities organization dedicated to educating people on health and nutrition. The workshops have been organized by the City’s Wellness Committee.

How to Register

To register for any class that interests you, log onto HRIS and click the Learning and Development link and search the catalog using a key word (e.g., metabolism). You can register for as many workshops as you wish. If you’re interested, be sure to register early. The previous series of these same classes, which were offered at the City of Lake building, filled almost immediately.
