April 15 is deadline for requesting reimbursement from 2011 Flex Account
If you haven’t used all the money you set aside in your 2011 Health Care Flexible Spending Account, be sure you’ve submitted all remaining health expenses by Sunday, April 15. After this deadline, any money remaining in your 2011 account will be forfeited.
Please note: The April 15 deadline is only for your 2011 account — not your 2012 account. Also, remember that you may use your 2011 account funds only for expenses incurred in 2011 — expenses incurred in 2012 may not be paid from your 2011 account.
