Registration open for noon hour yoga, Pilates and Zumba classes
If you’d like to reduce stress and increase your flexibility and strength, consider participating in one of the lunch hour fitness classes offered at the Grain Exchange, 400 S. 4th St. All classes are held in suite 806 and run from 12:10 to 12:55 p.m. Fees will be prorated if you join after a six-week session has begun. Session start dates vary; be sure to call ahead before going to your first class.
Yoga classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays; the fee is six classes for $60. Yoga can release stress and improve your core strength and flexibility.
Pilates classes are offered on Wednesdays; the fee is six classes for $60. Pilates can strengthen your core and tone your arms, legs and stomach.
Zumba classes are offered on Fridays; the fee is six classes for $42. Zumba is a cardio workout done to Latin and international dance moves.
In order for a class to be offered, a minimum of eight people must register. Fit to Live also offers belly dancing, yoga, Qigong and total workout classes at the IDS Center.
