Five Steps to Boost Metabolism

This class, presented by Nutritional Weight and Wellness, aims to help participants improve their health and lose those extra pounds. The session will discuss:
- Which foods are holding you back from losing stubborn, excess weight
- Which foods boost vitality and which leave you feeling depleted
- The importance of getting enough sleep
- Balanced meal ideas that will re-up your metabolism while keeping you energized
- How much sugar is hiding in the foods you eat every day.
Making Healthy Food Choices
Friday, Jan. 27
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

This class, presented by Optum Health, aims to help participants use a non-diet approach to making healthier food choices. The session will:
- Identify patterns of eating
- Help you take a food or environmental inventory
- Encourage you to focus on important foods rather than deprivation
- Identify personal eating behaviors
- Determine your recipe for good nutrition.
