Utility billing web, interactive phone services unavailable Dec. 5-8 during system upgrade
The City’s utility billing web and interactive phone services, which cover billing for water, trash pick-up, recycling, and sewer will be unavailable beginning at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5 while the billing and customer information system is upgraded. All services and normal operations will return by 8 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9.
During this time, customers will not be able to pay their bill or access their account information online or through the interactive phone system. Limited phone service will be available from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6 and the utility billing customer service counter (250 S. 4th St., Room 200) will be open but staff will not be able to provide customers with their account information. For those who have their utility bills due on Thursday or Friday, they will be able to pay them online Monday when the system is back online to avoid any penalty to their account.
