From 1980 to 2000, Webber-Camden's ethnic distribution changed dramatically. The white population was nearly halved during this time, while the populations of all other groups increased significantly. The black population grew from 64 people in 1980 to 1,651 people in 2000. Asians grew from 13 to 691 people and Hispanics increased from 51 to 264 people.
