Housing

A housing unit is a house, an apartment, a mobile home, a group of rooms or a single room occupied or intended to be occupied as separate living quarters for a family, a person living alone, two or more families living together or a group of unrelated individuals who share living quarters. Vacant units counted for homeowner and renter vacancy rates do not include vacant units for purposes of recreation, occasional use or for migrant workers, or units rented or sold but not occupied.
