2.   2300 Milwaukee Ave:
Considering the appeal filed by Charles Levin and Lynn Brofman of one condition of approval from the Heritage Preservation Commission’s decision granting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the property located at 2300 Milwaukee Ave, located in the Milwaukee Avenue Historic District, to replace a non-historic side porch with a larger side porch with deck above.
