1.   Theatre Garage and Marquee Apartments, 2004-2018 Lyndale Ave S:
Appeal filed by Deanna E. Hagg of the decision of the City Planning Commission to approve a conditional use permit, variances, and a site plan review allowing a new six-story, mixed-use building at the properties located at 2004-2018 Lyndale Avenue South. (Ward 10)

 Action: Accepted Withdrawal of the Rezoning Application, and Deleted the Item from the Agenda.

2    Theatre Garage and Marquee Apartments; 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2018 Lyndale Ave S:
Petition filed by Master Properties MN, on behalf of TGMA Developers, LLC, to rezone the properties located at 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2018 Lyndale Ave S from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the C2 Neighborhood Corridor Commercial District, to allow for the construction of a new six-story, mixed-use building with 82 dwelling units. (Ward 10)
Action: Accepted Withdrawal of the Rezoning Application, and Deleted the Item from the Agenda.
3.   Farmstand Regulations (Zoning Code Text Amendments):
Approve ordinances amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, Farmstand Regulations, as follows:
a)    Amending Chapter 520 related to Zoning Code: Introductory Provisions
b)    Amending Chapter 535 related to Zoning Code: Regulations of General Applicability
c)    Amending Chapter 536 related to Zoning Code: Specific Development Standards
d)    Amending Chapter 537 related to Zoning Code: Accessory Uses and Structures
e)    Modifying Chapter 537, Section 6, to allow one sign to be displayed during the growing season, provided that it must be removed from the premises or stored inside a structure outside of the growing season (April through October).

Action: Approved as amended with the following additional amendments:
1) Sales shall be limited to between 7:00 a.m. and sunset.
2) Strike the text "community gardens" from Chapters 520, 536 and 537.

4.   Webster/Deinard Residence, 1729 Morgan Ave S:
Approve designation of the Webster/Deinard Residence, 1729 Morgan Ave S, as a local historic landmark, with the following conditions:
a)    The designation includes the entire property including the exteriors of the principal structure (constructed in 1924) and the landscaping elements identified in the designation study (constructed in 1924).
b)    The Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties will be used to evaluate alterations to the property.
