1.   1100 and 1118 University Ave NE:
Appeal filed by Robert D. Riskin with, and on behalf of, all property owners immediately adjacent to McDonald’s, of the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment granting the following variances for an existing fast food restaurant located at 1100-1118 University Ave NE in the C2 Neighborhood Corridor Commercial District:
a)    A variance to increase the maximum number of freestanding signs from one to four.
b)    A variance to increase the maximum area for freestanding signs from 80 square feet to 330 square feet.
c)    A variance to increase the maximum height of freestanding signs from 8 feet to approximately 10 feet 3 inches and 10 feet 9 inches.

Ordinance amending Title 21 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Interim Ordinance by adding a new Chapter 590, providing for a moratorium on the demolition, new construction, or establishment of single and two-family residential dwellings in the R1, R1A, R2, and R2B Zoning Districts in the neighborhoods of Linden Hills, Fulton, Armatage, Kenny, and Lynnhurst.
