Approve petition from Urban Homeworks to rezone the property located at 2015 Emerson Avenue North from the R5 Multiple-family District, C1 Neighborhood Commercial District, and WB West Broadway Overlay District to the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District maintaining the WB West Broadway Overlay District, to legalize an existing contractor’s office.
