 6.  Single Family Dwelling at 2380 West Lake of the Isles Parkway:
      Appeal filed by Steven Wells from the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to deny an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of a new single family dwelling on the contention that the front yard setback was improperly determined. (Ward 7) Prior Action Taken 1/17/2013:  Postponed
