      b) Chapter 536 relating to Specific Development Standards.

      Appeal filed by Steven Wells from the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to deny an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of a new single family dwelling on the contention that the front yard setback was improperly determined. (Ward 7)

 5.  Gluek Brewing Tied House, 1500 6th St S:
      Appeal filed by Bianca Fine, on behalf of Currie Park Development, LLC, from the decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission which denied the Demolition of Historic Resource application. (Ward 2)

Action Taken:  Appeal granted, in part, to move the Gluek Brewing Tied House to 1527 6th St as defined in Section 599.110 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances, but not to raze the building.  Further, to add a condition that the applicant shall submit a site plan application for the new location, 1527 6th St, subject to administrative approval by staff.
