 1.  Seward Community Cafe, 2123-29 E Franklin Ave:
      Approve petition to rezone the property from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the C2 Neighborhood Corridor Commercial District, retaining the PO Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District, to allow for a sit down restaurant, including the serving of alcoholic beverages, with general entertainment (Ward 2).

Action Taken:  Approved.

 2.  Birchwood Cafe, 3311 E 25th St and a portion of 2505 33rd Ave S:
      Approve petition to rezone the property from the R1A Single Family District to the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to allow for the expansion of an existing sit-down restaurant (Ward 2).

 3.  4053 11th Ave S:
      Appeal filed by Dustin Endres, on behalf of Endres Custom Homes, from the decision of the Board of Adjustment denying the variance to reduce the south interior side yard setback from one foot to 9.6 inches to permit a detached garage accessory to a single family dwelling located at 4053 11th Ave S in the R1A Single Family District (Ward 8).

Action Taken:  Appeal granted; City Attorney staff directed to draft findings in support of the Committee's decision.

 4.  Single Family Dwelling at 2380 West Lake of the Isles Parkway:
      Appeal filed by Steven Wells from the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment to deny an appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of a new single family dwelling on the contention that the front yard setback was improperly determined. (Ward 7)
