      Approve Ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 525 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code:  Administration and Enforcement, extending the length of time for which a decision from the Zoning Administrator or Planning Director or zoning approval granted by the City Planning Commission, Board of Adjustment, or City Council are valid. (Schiff; Introduced 5/25/2012)

 2.  Regulations for Secondhand Goods Stores (Zoning Code Text Amendment):
      a) Approve the following ordinances amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, eliminating all spacing requirements related to secondhand goods uses:
          Chapter 536 relating to Specific Development Standards; and
          Chapter 537 relating to Accessory Uses and Structures
      b) Return to author the subject matter of the following ordinances amending the Zoning Code:
          Chapter 520 relating to Introductory Provisions
          Chapter 548 relating to Commercial Districts
          Chapter 549 relating to Downtown Districts. (Glidden; Introduced 8/9/2011)

 3.  Automated Dispensing of Gasoline (Zoning Code Text Amendment):
      a) Approve ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 536 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code:  Specific Development Standards, allowing unattended, automated dispensing of gasoline or other engine fuel.
      b) Return to author the subject matter of the following ordinances amending the Zoning Code:
          Chapter 520 relating to Introductory Provisions
          Chapter 525 relating to Administration and Enforcement
          Chapter 537 relating to Accessory Uses and Structures. (Schiff; Introduced 10/7/2011)

      Staff Report:  Gasoline Dispensing Staff Report; Gasoline Dispensing Ordinance

 4.  Fencing (Zoning Code Text Amendment):
      Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 535 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code:  Regulations of General Applicability, lifting the prohibition on chain link fences with slats as a prohibited fence material and permitting chain link fences with certain durable slats that are resistant to breakage and held securely in place (Colvin Roy).

      Staff Report:  None.
