 1.  38th Street LRT Station Area Plan Rezoning Study/East of Hiawatha Ave (Zoning Code Map Amendment):
      a) Approve ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 521 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code:  Zoning Districts and Maps Generally, rezoning property within a portion of the study area that is east of Hiawatha Ave; and 
      b) Find that obtaining consent signatures for the rezoning of properties from residential to commercial would be impractical (Wards 9 & 12).

 2.  Trader Joe's, 2700, 2708, 2712, 2716 and 2720/2724 Lyndale Ave S:
      Approve petition to rezone the properties from the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District to the C2 Neighborhood Corridor Commercial District to allow a new 14,299 square foot Trader Joe's that includes approximately 1,200 square foot beer/wine store on the property. (Ward 10)

 3.  Zoning Code Text Amendment - Maximum Occupancy of Dwelling Units:
      Recommendation of Committee to return to author the following ordinances amending the Zoning Code:
      a) Chapter 520 relating to Introductory Provisions;
      b) Chapter 527 relating to Planned Unit Development;
      c) Chapter 546 relating to Residence Districts;
      d) Chapter 547 relating to Office Residence Districts;
      e) Chapter 548 relating to Commercial Districts;
      f)  Chapter 549 relating to Downtown Districts;
      g) Chapter 551 relating to Overlay Districts.

      Staff Report:  None.
      Action Taken:  Referred to staff for analysis

 4.  Zoning Code Text Amendment - Film, Video and Audio Production Use Standards:
      Subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 20, Chapter 536 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code:  Specific Development Standards, establishing an exception to the minimum window requirement for film, video, and audio production uses. (Schiff)

      Staff Report:  None.
      Action Taken:  Referred to staff for analysis
