     Approve Council reappointments of Matt Perry (Ward 13) and Matthew Ditzler (Ward 5) and appointment of Pamela Meier (Ward 13) for three-year terms to run through December 31, 2014.

2.  Minneapolis Arts Commission Appointments:
     Approve the Council appointment of Megan Leafblad (Ward 8) to the Minneapolis Arts Commisison for a two-year term to run through December 31, 2013.

3.  City Planning Commission Appointment:
