Waiver request filed by Catalyst Community Partners from the Moratorium on the establishment, re-establishment, intensification or expansion or reception, banquet, rental and/or meeting halls outside of the B4, B4S and B4C zoning districts, in order to allow for the establishment of a reception hall (Ward 5).
