Public Hearing

1. 1200 West Broadway:

Waiver request filed by Catalyst Community Partners from the Moratorium on the establishment, re-establishment, intensification or expansion or reception, banquet, rental and/or meeting halls outside of the B4, B4S and B4C zoning districts, in order to allow for the establishment of a reception hall (Ward 5).

Action Taken: Waiver approved

Consent Items

2. Slim Whitman Gallery (1235 4th Street NE):

Approve petition to rezone the property from R2B to the C1 Neighborhood Commercial District, to allow for an art gallery (Ward 3).

Action Taken: Approved

3. Lyn-Lake Small Area Plan/Comprehensive Plan Amendment:

Adopt the Lyn-Lake Small Area Plan as an articulation of and amendment to the policies found in the City's comprehensive plan, subject to the changes recommended by the Planning Commission (Wards 6 & 10).

Action Taken: Approved as amended
