Appeal of the decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission denying a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for the demolition of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority House, a contributing structure to the Greek Letter Chapter House Historic District (Ward 3).

5. Medical and Dental Laboratories (Zoning Code Text Amendment):

Subject matter of ordinances amending Title 20 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Zoning Code, (to allow medical and dental laboratories in the office residence zoning districts), as follows:
a) Amending Chapter 536 related to Specific Development Standards;
b) Amending Chapter 547 related to Office Residence Districts.

Recommended Action/Action Taken: Referred to CPED/Planning Division, with the request that staff bring back a recommendation by October 1st
