Appeal of the decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission denying a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow for the demolition of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority House, a contributing structure to the Greek Letter Chapter House Historic District (Ward 3).

a) Amending Chapter 536 related to
Specific Development Standards;
b) Amending Chapter 547 related to
Office Residence Districts.
Recommended Action/Action Taken: Referred to CPED/Planning Division, with the request that staff bring back a recommendation by October 1st
