Consider waiver from moratorium on establishment, reestablishment or expansion of principal parking facilities in the area bounded by Chicago Ave, Midtown Greenway/Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority right-of-way, E 31st St & Hiawatha Ave, in order to file necessary land use applications to construct a new principal parking facility (Ward 9).
