Consider ordinance amending Title 21 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Interim Ordinances by adding a new Chapter 582, providing for a moratorium on electronic advertising billboards (by Benson) (Wards: All).

Approve application to vacate a portion of a north-south public alley for construction of a new portion of the alley that leads out to 10th Ave S as well as utilizing the property for open space and access to the Midtown Greenway (Ward 9).

Deny application, notwithstanding staff recommendation, to rezone property at 3010 W River Pkwy S from R1A to R6 based on Planning Commission findings, to allow 5 additional accessory parking spaces for the multi-family building at 3000 W River Pkwy (Ward 12).

a. Chapter 535 relating to
Regulations of General Applicability;
b. Chapter 547 relating to
Office Residence Districts;
d. Chapter 548 relating to
Commercial Districts;
e. Chapter 549 relating to
Downtown Districts (by Schiff) (Wards: All).
