1. Prairie Seeds Academy (1801 Dupont Ave N):
Appeal filed by Brian Bushay from the decision of the City Planning Commission approving the following applications: a) conditional use permit to allow a K-12 school; b) conditional use permit to increase the maximum allowed height of a building from 2.5 stories to 3 stories and 35 feet to 39 feet; c) variance to increase the maximum floor area ratio from 0.5 to 1.13; d) variance to reduce the rear yard requirement adjacent to the alley from 5 feet to 0 feet to allow a loading area; e) variance to reduce the loading space requirement from 1 to 0; f) site plan review, all to allow a grade school serving K-8 students (Ward 5) ( Z&P Action 4/05/07: Postponed for 2 cycles – until 5/3/07; public hearing continued).

Zoning Code, rezoning to add the Transit Station Area Pedestrian Oriented Overlay District to parcels along the University Ave SE corridor consistent with city-adopted plans for the area and to consider base zoning changes for several parcels (by Gordon) (Ward 2), as follows:

Chapter 551 related to Zoning Code:
