Report referred back from 5/12/06 Council meeting recommending approval of application to rezone property from C1 to the C2 District for an existing Police Station to allow expansion of linear zoning for an adjacent parcel, with direction to City Attorney to report back on the issue of the 60-day rule (Ward 1).
