Approve application to vacate alley right-of-way between Ewing and Drew Aves S from 42nd St W to Ewing Ave S by way of a 90 degree angle turn in the alley at the south end of the block, subject to easement rights (Ward 13).

4. Relocation of Public Benches:
Direct staff to relocate Oasis bench to the Leamington Transit Hub, Chippendale bench to the bus stop in front of 1413 Nicollet Ave S and, Minneapolis Water Toy bench to 2 nd Ave S and the Convention Center Plaza.
