1.   Legal Settlements:
Authorizing the following legal settlements:
a)   Daniel S. Anderson vs. City of Minneapolis, $15,000.
b)   Daniel S. Anderson vs. City of Minneapolis, $5,000.
c)   Michael A. Ofor v. City of Minneapolis, et al., $9,500.

2.   Ethics Board Appointments:
Setting Public Hearing for December 1, 2014, to solicit public input in consideration of 2015 appointments to the Ethics Board.

3.   CM Partners Agreement Amendment:
Authorize execution of an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement (C-37636) for negotiation skills training between the City and CM Partners to increase by $70,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $120,000 and extend contract to December 31, 2015.

5.   Unpaid Fees Assessment:
Approving joint power agreements between the City of Minneapolis and the cities of Edina, St. Anthony, Brooklyn Center and Golden Valley to provide the ability to assess unpaid fees due to the City of Minneapolis.

6.   Property Tax Special Assessment of Delinquent Utility Charges:

Approving the special assessment of delinquent utility charges at the adoption of the assessment roll.

7.   Pet Licensing Maintenance and Support:
a)   Authorizing extending contract with HLP, Inc. for a term of three years, through December 31, 2017, to provide maintenance and support for Chameleon pet licensing;
b)   Increasing contract in the amount of $70,000, for a new not-to-exceed total of $120,000; and
c)   Updating Terms and Conditions to reflect current standards.

8.   PeopleSoft System Administration Professional Services:
a)   Authorizing increasing contract with Iceberg Technology Group for PeopleSoft System Administration for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Upgrade in an amount of $200,000, for a new not-to-exceed total of $500,000; and
b)   Extending contract through September 30, 2015.

9.  Code42’s Expansion Project (1 Main St SE):
a)  Authorizing application to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) Minnesota investment Fund for a $1,000,0000 forgivable loan related to the Code42 expansion project at their current location;
b)  Accepting an award of the Minnesota Investment Fund (MIF) in the amount of up to $1,000,000 for furniture, fixtures, and equipment purchases, subject to loan approval by DEED;
c)  Adopting resolution approving budget appropriation;
d)  Authorizing execution of Project Compliance with State Laws, Statutes, and Rules document;
e)  Adopting resolution approving the DEED MIF application for the project, subject to CPED and Finance review of business credit reports and information and finding no adverse findings or concerns;
f)    Authorizing loan documents incorporating State and City Business Subsidy requirements, subject to loan approval;
g)  Authorizing necessary agreements to implement the transactions;
h)  Adopting resolution for DEED Job Creation Fund (JCF) supporting the application.

10.  2014 Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Demonstration Account (LCDA) Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Predevelopment Grants:

12. Minnesota Remodeling and Restoration Company Contract Amendment:
Authorizing Amendment No. 3 to the contract with Minnesota Remodeling and Restoration Company for a no-cost extension through May 31, 2015, in order to fulfill the scope of lead hazard reduction and healthy homes services included in a HUD grant agreement.
