 1.   Legal Settlement:
      Authorize settlement of: a) Elizabeth Held v. City of Minneapolis ($12,500); b) Floyd E. Walker v. City of Minneapolis ($83,000); and c) Allison (Halstead) Maca v. City of Minneapolis ($130,000).

 3.  Parade Ice Garden & Energy Upgrades Bonding Request:
      Approve resolution requesting the Board of Estimate and Taxation to issue and sell $7,000,000 of General Obligation Taxable Bonds and $2,800,000 of General Obligation Tax-Exempt Bonds for the rehabilitation of the Parade Ice Garden and energy upgrades at other facilities in the Minneapolis Park System.

      b) Authorize application to the Metropolitan Council’s Tax Base Revitalization Account (TBRA) Grant Program for environmental investigation and/or remediation funding for the following projects: Praxis Marketplace, Shapco Printing Redevelopment, Thorp Building & Velo Flats;
      c) Authorize application to the Hennepin County Environmental Response Fund (ERF) for environmental investigation and/or remediation funding for the following projects: 6th St NE Redevelopment f/k/a Totino’s, LifeSource, The Lonoke, Mississippi Watershed Management Organization [MWMO] – Second Phase, Plymouth Building, Praxis Marketplace, Shapco Printing Redevelopment & Thorp Building; 
      d) Authorize application to the Metropolitan Council’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD-TBRA) Grant Program for environmental investigation and/or remediation work for the following projects: Plymouth Building & Shapco Printing Redevelopment;
      e) Approve resolutions authorizing submittal of applications.

13. 2013 Northern Lights Express membership Fees:

14. Bids:
      a)  OP 7762, Accept low bid of Martin Marietta Materials, for an estimated annual expenditure of $155,250, to furnish and deliver Gray/Black Class "A" Aggregate to the Paving Division as needed through March 31, 2014; and 
      b)  OP 7772, Accept low bid of Minnesota Roadways Company, for an estimated expenditure of $63,197, to complete asphaltic concrete vehicular paving for the Water Treatment and Distribution Division.
