 1.  Legal Settlements:
      Authorize settlement of: a) Antoinette Peterson v. City of Minneapolis ($27,500); and b) Wayne Darren Newton v. Officer Richard Walker ($10,000).

 2.  Establishment of Legal Services Panels:
      Approve: a) the City Attorney's recommendation for placing attorneys and law firms on the City's Legal Services Panel; b) authorization to negotiate and enter into Master Agreements for the period January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2015, with the cost for each agreement not to exceed $300,000 for the three-year period; and c) waiving the request for proposals process for conflicts covered by the collective bargaining agreement with the Minneapolis Police Officers Federation.

 3.  Hennepin County Contract Renewal:
      Authorize new three-year agreement with Hennepin County's Leasing and Land Management Division for professional lease management services.

 4.  Ebert, Inc., Contract Amendment:
      Authorize Amendment No. 1 to Contract C-35791 for the EOTF Apparatus Bay Addition Project to increase the contract amount by $19,504.95.

 5.   Rehab Support Program:
       a) Accept Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) Single Family Fall 2012 Community Revitalization Funds award, $150,000; 
       b) Approve appropriations;
       c) Authorize grant, sub-recipient and/or disbursement and related agreements;
       d) Approve contract with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation to allow them to administer this program on behalf of the City; 
       e) Approve the Rehab Support Program.

 6.   Minneapolis Advantage Program:
       a) Accept a Community Revitalization Fund award from Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, $100,000;

       d) Authorize new contract with Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation to administer the program on behalf of the City.

 7.   Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Local Housing Incentive Account (LHIA) Grants:
       a) Accept & appropriate LHIA grants totaling $750,000 (Greenway Heights Townhomes ($300,000), Snelling Apartments ($150,000) and West Broadway Curve ($300,000);
       b) Approve appropriations;
       c) Authorize agreements as may be necessary to implement the grants with the Metropolitan Council, and with PRG, Inc., Seward Redesign and CommonBond Communities, and/or their related entities.

 8.   Green Homes North 2013:
       a) Accept the funding award from Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, $250,000;
