Authorize the following settlements: a) Nicholas Hall v. Officer James Burns and Officer Michael Grahn ($12,500); and b) Lemuel Yorahee II v. Minneapolis Police Department ($12,000).

b) OP 7006, Accept low responsive bid of Lino Lakes Landscaping, Inc., for an estimated annual expenditure of $350,000, to furnish and deliver all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide turf establishment through June 9, 2009.
