1. Nongovernmental Tax Exempt Parcel Street Light Operations Fee Assessment:
Approving resolution adopting and levying assessments for 2015, adopting the assessment roll, and directing the transmittal of the assessment roll to the Hennepin County Auditor.

4. Special Service District Consulting Services:
Authorizing negotiation and execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Urban Works, Inc. for Special Service District consulting services for 2015, with up to four additional one-year extensions if work is deemed necessary in an amount not to exceed $150,000 annually. No additional appropriation required.

5. Levy of 2014 Public Works Department Special Assessments:
Approving levy of 2014 special assessments upon the benefited properties, adopting the assessment rolls, and directing transmittal of the assessment rolls to the Hennepin County Auditor for collection to begin on the 2015 real estate tax statements.

6. Convention Center Hotel Parking Ramp Lease:
Authorizing execution of an amendment to the Convention Center Hotel Parking Ramp Lease contract, renewing the lease for an additional 10 years effective April 1, 2014 and setting the Garage Keepers Legal Liability Insurance limits to $10,000,000. (Refer to CD&RS and W&M)

7. Bids:
a) OP 8006, Accept low bid of PCI Roads, LLC, for an estimated expenditure of $605,050, to furnish pavement profiling and roto-milling services; and
b) OP 8013, Accept single bid of Cellular Concrete, Inc., for an estimated annual expenditure of $73,200, to furnish and deliver cellular concrete to the Surface Water and Sewer Division. (Refer to W&M)

8. Right-of-Way Permits Ordinance:
Setting a public hearing for November 18, 2014, to consider the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 17, Chapter 430 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Streets and Sidewalks: Right-of-Way Permits setting out specific permit requirements for dumpsters and storage containers obstructing the public right-of-way.
Action Taken:  Public hearing set for November 18, 2014.
9. Street Use Permits Ordinance:
Setting a public hearing for November 18, 2014, to consider the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 5, Chapter 91 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Building Code: Permit Fees, clarifying in connection with amendments to the right-of-way chapter that street use permits referred to in the building code are a form of obstruction permit.
Action Taken: Public hearing set for November 18, 2014.

Authorizing issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals for the professional management and operation of the Municipal Parking System (MPLS Parking).

12. 2014 Regional Solicitation for Federal Transportation Funds:
a) Authorizing submittal of a series of applications for federal transportation funds through the Metropolitan Council’s Regional Solicitation Program; and
b) Authorizing commitment of local funds per federal requirement to support the approved projects. (Refer to W&M)
