1.   I-35W South Tunnel Rehabilitation Project:
Authorize execution of a Cooperative Construction Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for the I-35W South Tunnel Rehabilitation Project.

2.   Central Corridor Green Line LRT Project:
a)     Authorize execution of an Operation and Maintenance Agreement with the University of Minnesota, Hennepin County, and the Metropolitan Council to cover the University areas of the project;
b)     Authorize negotiation and execution of an Operation and Maintenance Agreement with Hennepin County and the Metropolitan Council to cover non-University areas;
c)     Authorize execution of Amendment 2 to Subordinate Funding Agreement (SFA) 5 with the Metropolitan Council; and
d)     Authorize execution of SFA 24 with the Metropolitan Council. (Also in W&M)

3.   Critical Parking Area #28 Modification:
Amend Critical Parking Area (CPA) #28 to remove both sides of the 5700 block of Bossen Terrace from the CPA and stipulate that residents of Bossen Terrace cannot purchase CPA #28 permits.
Action Taken:  Approved.
4.   Bicycle Advisory Committee Appointments:
Approve the following appointments to the Bicycle Advisory Committee for two-year terms to expire May 31, 2016:

5.   Somali Independence Day Block Event:
Approve application for a large block event to be held June 21, 2014 to operate outside the timeframe allowed under ordinance.

6.   St. Anthony Parkway Bridge:
a)     Authorize execution of an Overpass Agreement with BNSF Railway which includes:  BNSF contribution for bridge design and replacement in the amount of $4,500,000; execution of an easement agreement over BNSF property for the replacement bridge; execution of a temporary construction easement on BNSF property in the amount of $20,000; and transfer ownership of the existing bridge to the City; and
b)     Authorize the proper city officers to accept the funds and increase the appropriation and revenue source for the project by $4,500,000. (Also in W&M)

7.   Bid:
OP 7939, Accept single bid of Contech Engineered Solutions, in the amount of $74,500, to furnish and deliver a grit chamber to the Surface Water and Sewer Division. (Also in W&M)

8.   Bridge 9 Pier 3 Repairs:
Authorize execution of a Temporary Construction Agreement with the University of Minnesota regarding construction activities and easements on and in the vicinity of Bridge No 9 (over the Mississippi River).
