Discussion 

1.    Yard Waste Processing:
       Authorize execution of amendment to the contract with Organic Technologies, Incorporated to reduce the amount of yard waste being handled by OTI by 50% and secure performance standards for the remainder of the contract, including changes agreed to in negotiations.

        Action Taken:  Approved.

2.    West Broadway Alternatives Analysis Grant Application:
       Authorize submission of an application for federal Alternatives Analysis Program funding to conduct an alternatives analysis for transit improvements in the West Broadway corridor.

       Action Taken:  Approved.
