10. Southwest Corridor Locally Preferred Alternative:

Approve resolution supporting the Locally Preferred Alternative as recommended by the Southwest Transitway Technical Advisory Committee, Policy Advisory Committee, and Hennepin County Trail Rail Authority, and forward resolution to the Metropolitan Council for inclusion in the Regional Transportation Policy Plan.

11. Cedar Lake Trail Project (Phase III):

Approve execution of an easement agreement with the Minnesota Ballpark Authority for the Cedar Lake Trail Phase III Project.
