      c)  Direct the Director of the Hennepin County Taxation Department to place assessments against certain properties to defray the cost of work performed under authorization of Regulatory Services to correct nuisance or hazardous conditions on these properties.

       Set a public hearing to be held on November 18, 2013 to consider amendments to Title 13 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Licenses and Business Regulations, adding a new Chapter 286 entitled Massage Establishments, relating to new license requirements for massage establishments. (Glidden, Introduced 10/4/2013)
