 Licenses & Consumer Services

 1.  License Applications:
      Grant licenses recommended for approval.
      (See separate Licenses Agenda - Not available in electronic format)  
      Action Taken:  Approved.

 2.  Tony's Diner, 1327 4th St SE:
       Approve License Settlement Conference recommendations relating to On-Sale Wine Class E with Strong Beer License.
       Staff Report:  Tony's Diner LSC 
      Action Taken:  Approved.

 3.  Turbo Tim's Anything Automotive, 2319 1/2 Jackson St NE: 
      Approve Business License Operating Conditions relating to a Motor Vehicle Repair Garage License.

 Department of Community Planning & Economic Development 

 4.  Local Approval of Special Laws - Sake Off-Sale:
      a)  Resolution approving Laws of Minnesota 2013 Legislative Session authorizing the City to issue an Off-Sale Sake Produced and Packaged License to a licensed brewery producing sake under authority of Minnesota Statutes Section 340A.301; and
      b)  Direct the City Clerk to complete and file required certification with the Office of the Secretary of State.

     Action Taken:  Approved.

 5.  Local Approval of Special Laws - Intoxicating Malt Liquor:
      a)  Resolution approving Laws of Minnesota 2013 Legislative Session allowing the City to authorize the holder of an On-Sale Wine/3.2 Malt Liquor License to also sell intoxicating malt liquors at on-sale without an additional license, notwithstanding any other requirements under Minnesota Statutes, Section 340A.404, Subdivision 5; and
      b)  Direct the City Clerk to complete and file required certification with the Office of the Secretary of State.

      Recommendation to revoke license held by Ronnie and Sarah Holliday.
