  9.  Rental Property Licensing Regulations:
       Set a public hearing for June 17, 2013 to receive comments regarding an ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 244 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing:  Maintenance Code, adding a provision to require rental property owners or designees to respond to inquiries from the Department of Regulatory Services or Environmental Management, Health Department Staff in a reasonable period of time.  (Johnson - Introduced 4/12/2013)
