      Presentation of the 2013 Minneapolis Green Business Awards for Pollution Reduction recognizing the following dry cleaners for their use of perchloroethylene (perc)-free dry cleaning processes:

 9.  Energy System Pathways Study:
      a)  Direct City Coordinator staff to complete by August 2013 a draft energy vision that establishes goals for future performance of the energy system serving Minneapolis;

      c)  Allocate funds for work through January 2014.

13.  Rental Dwelling Licensing Conditions:
       a)  Ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 244 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing:  Maintenance Code, adding language for the imposition of reasonable conditions or restrictions upon a rental dwelling license pursuant to Section 259.165 (Glidden; Introduced 3/30/2012); and
       b)  Approve Standard Operating Procedures relating to the process for imposing rental dwelling license conditions.

14.  Exhibition and Temporary Markets:
       Ordinance amending Title 13, Chapter 321 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Licenses and Business Regulations:  Secondhand Dealers, allowing temporary markets/flea markets for the sale of arts, crafts, antiques, and/or secondhand goods to be sold at tables, stalls, or booths at a fixed location and licensed by the City of Minneapolis.  (Schiff; Introduced 8/17/2012).

       Action Taken:  Approved, as amended to limit food vendors and agricultural products to less than 25% of all vendors, up to a maximum of ten (10) food vendors, at the temporary market or exhibition.
